We feel so fortunate to have such loving and supportive family and friends traveling to New Orleans to celebrate our wedding weekend with us. New Orleans is Cory's hometown and the city now carries a very special meaning for both of us. We hope you enjoy yourselves and we can't wait to celebrate with you all! We've reserved room blocks at a few hotels in the area and will be arranging transportation to Friday's Welcome Reception and to Saturday's Wedding Ceremony.
Accomodations
We've reserved a block of rooms at the JW Marriott on Canal St, Courtyard Marriott on St. Charles, Hampton Inn on Carondelet and International House Hotel. Just remember to mention the Martinez–Barrios wedding when you reserve.

Transportation
All of the above hotels are within walking distance to JW Marriott, which is where all transportation will depart from and arrive at.
We will be providing bus transportation for Friday's Welcome Reception at Pat O's on the River. Pick up for transportation to the Welcome Reception will be on Friday, October 21st at 6:30PM at the JW Marriott entrance on Common Street. Buses will also be taking guests back to the JW Marriott once the Welcome Reception concludes. Pat O's is in a great location in the French Quarter, so if any of you want to stay out and enjoy the night, it's about a half a mile walk back to the JW Marriott.
We will also be providing bus transportation for our Wedding Ceremony on Saturday. Pick up for transportation to the Wedding Ceremony will be on Saturday, October 22nd at 4:45PM at the JW Marriott entrance on Common Street. Once the Wedding Ceremony concludes, buses will bring guests back to the JW Marriott to kick off the night with a Cocktail Hour followed by a Reception.
For our guests flying in from out of town, we recommend flying into New Orleans International Airport (MSY). It's about a 30 minute cab ride from the airport to the hotels above. Some hotels offer airport shuttles, so we reccomend reaching out to your hotel to confirm airport shuttle availability for your arrival time.
